2.1 Program is set of widgets which extend functions "amoCRM 2.0" (further — amoCRM). User needs license to amoCRM which should be purchased for using the program. Program do not work without access to amoCRM.

2.2 Installation of the program goes on inside of amoCRM into section amoMarket.

3.1 Istallation, launch, setup of the program is permitted. Turning on and off the program's functions through interface is permitted.

4.1 Copying, spreading, reverse engineering, changing of the program is forbidden.

5.1 Licensor have a right to block access to the program for violation of the agreement.

6.1 After first installation user get free access to the program for 14 days (further — demo access). Expiry date is listed in the program.

6.2 Licensor can change access time of demo access without user's consent.

7.1 License (further — subscription) needs to be bought by a payment one of tariffs after completion of demo access for using the program. List of the tariffs is listed on the site.

7.2 Access to the program blocks after completion of demo access and there is a need to subscribe to use it.

7.3 Subscription can not be refunded. User can not demand to revalue cost or money back in a case of refusal of using the program before completion of subscription.
7.4 User can use additional functionality of the program for a fee. Condition of use specific kind of additional functionality posting on the site.

8.1 Program be provided on condition "as it is" — licensor do not guarant error-free work, compliance with the goals and user's expectations.
8.2 Licensor can set technical limits for optimize program's work.
8.3 Licensor can carry out preventive work which can suspend or slow down the program. If such work is about to begin licensor will notify user in a telegram channel.
8.4 If errors be detected during using program licensor will try to fix it as soon as possible. Licensor do not guarant fixing and do not set the time of it because the program works closely with other programs from different developers, operational system, user's hardware.
8.5 Licensor do not respond for losses related to using or impossibility to using the program, preventive work or crashes.

9.1 Licensor provides technical support for free. Ways of contact with technical support posting on the program.

10.1 If user uses the program he will agree with processing of personal data (further — data) given to licensor including first and last name, email adresses, phone numbers, website adresses, organizations, fields of activity, cities.
10.2 Licensor processes data according to policy posted on the site.
10.3 User guarants that data of third parties provided to licensor was received legally.
10.4 User provides to licensor right to use his logo, trade mark, brand name for information and promotion purposes without additional permission from user and without payment for using.
